Return Policy

- Order refunds are only limited to items that are sold out after the order is placed
- Please check all products clearly before going out
- Exchange only for regular priced items
- Item have word ^NOREFUND^ , no return or exchange
- All participating discounted items are non-refundable, please confirm the size clearly before purchasing
- If you find that the size is not suitable after purchase, please check the stock of the product with the store first. If it is sold out, you can replace it with the same type of product of equal value.
- Can be exchanged once within 7 days from the date of pick-up
- Tips for exchanging shoes: make sure they are brand new, keep the shoe box, do not cut the card, and keep the receipt
- Notes for shirt exchange: brand new and do not cut the card, you must keep the receipt
