Delivery Policy
1. Store self-pickup
We will prepare the order after order confirmation and payment, please pick up the order at the store within one month after receiving the email pick-up notice.
2. SF Express
We will prepare the order after order confirmation and payment, and send it out within 3 working days.(Remark1,2)
*Remarks 1 : For S.F. Express orders, please enter your waybill number (tracking code in shipping confirmation email) on S.F Express website to track and trace your order delivery status. If you have any further enquiries, please contact S.F. Express Customer Service hotline at 2730 0273.
*Remarks 2 : If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax, refusal to provide ID copy, failure to compile with customs policies or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelierable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) will not be refunded.
3. Face Trade
Face-to-face settlement will only be accepted along the Hong Kong Railway (excluding Luo Wu/Lok Ma Chau Station), and the time (Monday to Sunday 14:00-22:00) is arranged by customer service colleagues and negotiated with each other
